Course Syllabus

This Course will help you navigate how to fill out your Master Schedule Request.

All forms needed will be in the Files section. Please make sure to fill out the request form that corresponds to your post graduate year for next year. 

Due to the amount of information needed, this request form will be completed on paper. 

You may email or drop off completed forms by March 13, 2020. Drop them off with Tracey in the Housestaff office or email any of the Chiefs.
